On your multi-meter are several lights. The center row shows oil level in the reservoir. On each side are water flow lights. On the lower left should be oil flow restriction, and lower right should be rev limiter. There is no "oil temp water pump gauge." If the rev limiter doesn't kick in, then just make sure the reservoir has oil in it. The replacement gauge is an expensive bear to install.
