2001 250hp Yamaha EFI NOT GETTING FIRE ON THE STARBOARD CYLINDERS (1,3,5)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Motor is a 2001 250hp EFI saltwater series II. Cranks, but idles and revs ROUGH. Tested the spark and the starboard bank has no fire...port bank IS firing fine. Sounds like a stator or CDI powerpack??? Or could it also be an OIL sensor(although the motor does have planty of oil and no alarm is sounding)....Or could it possibly be the shift interruptor? Something is firing the port 3 cylinders (2,4,6) and NOT firing the starboard cylinders (1,3,5). THANKS A LOT FOR ANY HELP
