25 HP Suzuki starting/running

My 1993 25 HP Oil injected Suzuki has been sitting over the winter. It will start, but quits after a few seconds. I suspect it is a fuel problem. I need to know how to remove the 3 Carb's to clean the bowls. Appreciate any advice.

buy a shop manual from here

I have a shop manual, it does not show how to remove the carbs, just a qrawing of same.

maybe you should try using seafoam before you dismantle the carbs, but anyway ... removing them is easy, take off the air filter, then remove the bolts holding the carbs on pull off the fuel pipes and disconnect the throttle linkage .... easy as pie .....
