2000 175 carb. yamaha is cold on left side warm on right.

Changed the thermostats and checked the pressure control valve. Took it out it runs perfect at mid to full throttle but at idle seems to load up.Compression checked 125 psi all cylinders checked spark ok changed plugs set carb pilot scews to specs. Ran it again and is still the same idles a little ruff and lef side of moter is cold and right side warm. Any help would shure be appreciated thanks Mike

You said that you changed the thermostats, but did you check that they work properly? Just put in a glass with hot water and check if they open up .... sometimes even a new thermostat can fail ....
