Complete powerhead turns over jsut fine starter carb coils ignition box and pull start. I popped off the head cause I thought it was seized but its not seized at all. i jsut cranked it over with the starter . needs new headgasket otherwise its all complete. the lower unit was seized. anyway its all complete ready to run. pics available if anyone is intrested 300$ plus shipping takes it. Shipping shoudlnt be more than 40-50$ UPS ground
