My 1996 Yamaha C150 warning buzzer comes on at 4700 rpms after running about 20-25 seconds. The buzzer goes off after 30-40 seconds when i am idle. The buzzer only goes off when I run 4700 rpms or better for 20-25 seconds . I changed the water pump and thermostats. Will the water pressure valve cause this? If so do I clean the valve and replace the gasket or replace the valve and gasket. Also what do I have to have to take off to see if the water jackets has restrictions other than the water jackets
