I have a mid 80's 8hp Yamaha that idles fine however when I give it gas, it revs up and then starts to "bog" and not build up any further RPMs. I removed the carb and cleaned each jet ...blew air and carb cleaner through each and they seem clear...reed valves also clean...plugs seem to be ok, however they don't have a nice brown color, very slightly wet...been running 50:1 mix...is that ok ?? any help would be appreciated..Thanks in advance
