Yamaha 1990 200's tilt and trim tool and repair

I have twins and they have spent nine years in salt and the past five in fresh water. I need help on locating a spanner wrench that will remove both the tilt and trim cylinder caps. I also need input on the best way to remove the tilt pin at the end of the ram. I have had no luck finding a good supplier of spanner wrenchs and no luck at all with the Yamaha part number for the tool. Over all they are in great shape and only need new hardware, arm housing and top seals. Any help would be great. I am also post for help on replacing the tiller/steering arms that have been badly rusted and in need of replacement.<br />Thank you<br />Wynn

I purchased mine at a wholesale tool outlet that had a wall board of spanner wrenches in tampa,yamaha tools I belive are distributed by kent moore but I think they only sell to dealers,

The mechanic that did mine carefully beat them out with a punch and a hammer. Then got new caps and seals to replace.
