I have a 1988 Suzuki DT55 that runs perfectly in nuetral but as soon as you go to put it into forward or reverse it stalls. The RPMs decrease until it just quits. Adding throttle does nothing. Does anybody have any idea what the problem may be.
Carbs filled up with crud or fuel restriction by the sound of it. Strip them down and pay special attention to the small holes and passaeways in the throat. You will needs a manual to set them up correctly.
