suzuki fuel hose connector for spare tank

I have a suzuki 40 right now with a 6gallon tank<br /><br />Not enough for the day<br /><br />I want to get another tank and use this 6 as the spare<br /><br />Do I need a specific one for the suzuki or will another brand fit it?<br /><br />I was at wally world and they only had johnson and yamaha connectors - suzuki dealer is 1 hour away but there there is a boaters world near the wally world.<br /><br />Thanks

as long as the engine end of the fuel hose is the correct one the motor does not care. some chysler fittings fit some suzukis as well. napa stores can usually order a sierra fitting.
