95 Yamaha 175 - Now that I've replaced the impeller, Thermostats and poppet valve. If I put two to three hundred hours per year on the motor, all saltwater, flush after each use and trailer store.<br /><br />How often should impeller, thermos and poppet be cleaned / replaced?<br /><br />Is there anyway to determine if thermos are stuck open other than inspection?<br /><br />Also the overheat warning seemed to switch back and forth between two pitches, one higher than the other. Does the higher pitch indicate she's really getting hot?
