Oil Mixture Problem on Yamaha 175 TLN V6

It seems that i still have the problem that when i turn the key on the oil mixture will punp out of the top of the top Reservoir on the motor. I have disconnected the Battery because someone told me that it would resit itself whell it did. yeterday but it is acting up again today what a mess any advice for me.

Thanks JB for the repley could you also help me with the year model so that i might be able to get a Manual . so i wont be asking so many dumb Questions. serial number 6G5 L 400 355 Model 3K-4295 Thank you
