I use the hand grip throttle on my DT-40. After several hours of boating my hand goes numb. Is there an adjustment that will keep the throttle open without constant hand pressure?

go to their parts breakdown for your motor and you should be able to find the
ajusting knob.(Some are on the side of the tiller and some newer ones are on the bottom of the tiller.
