1998 Yam wont start or tilt, batt. is strong and with key on shows no volts on meter on the console.I can jumper across the starter relay and it will start with no problem. At idel the volts will come back up after about 40 sec. as well as the trim starts to work, but at 3/4 throttle I lose Vs. & trim and will not start if I turn it off.I checked main harness conection & key switch for loose or corroded wires .the key is on the console. HELP!
