Switching Yamaha from side to top mount thottle

Hi I'm new here,and looking for some help. I'm putting my 115 on a new boat and it's set up for a top mount throttle from a side mount. I know I'll need the 704 body and the ignition switch. Will I need a different wiring harness and different cable ends. I'm in kinda remote Alaska and i want to get the right parts the first time. Thanks for your help

The 703 side mount box comes with a ten pin harness included with it. The 704 top mount box does not. You will simply need the ten pin harness of the appropriate length. It comes with connectors at both end that plug and play with the control box and the key switch at one end and the motor at the other end.

Will your shiftier and throttle cables be long enough for the top mount throttle?

I have a 18 ft alumaweld cc with a 115 Yamaha and a 19 ft pacific skiff cc with a 115 honda. I'm switching outboards. I could probably leave the cluch throttle and steering cables with the boats.
