DT2 Stalls high RPM after 10 sec

So I bought a DT2 and got her running. She will idle / low rpm all day. Starts on the first pull. The problem I'm having is after I turn off the choke and try to go-to high RPM the motors bogs then stalls after about 10 sec. When I put the throttle back to idle and restart she restarts right away on the first pull, but won't even get to high RPM for a second before stalling again.

I've pulled the fuel bowl and it was clean. I put some carb cleaner through, a couple of treatments of seafoam, new spark plug... I still have the issue.

Does any have an idea what's going on and how to fix it?
