2-stroke DT115, CDI, SN 11502-811598, 1988?, ran reliably for years, bogged down on accel several weeks ago. 4 clean carbs; found a loose jet, but still bogs, seems to be sucking vacuum somewhere. How to find vac leak on throttle shafts? Carb cleaner spray? Has good spark & compression. Throttle Pos. Sensor (TPS) shows either 0 or infinite resistance, supposed to be 0 - 6000 ohm. Will this cause bogging? This engine has 3 wire TPS, not 4 wire. No test cord, but don't get the voltage table in manual. V1, V2 & Vt (same as V2 but different values?). Will it ruin CDI if I run w/o TPS? Going to disassemble Carbs again and blow through. Fuel pump diaphram & orings replaced. Fuel lines new, bulb stays full. What size fuel line should it have? The quick connections are 5/16" barbed. Can I check water temp sensor by unplugging? The oil inj pump & tank was removed and plugged up by previous owner but no problems since until now. Plugged ports all look solid. Can only work on it 1 day every few weeks.
