Tilt/Trim seal parts

I have replaced one of the trim seals on my P150TLRW, having to buy the screw (cap) due to destroying the original from it being on so long. The seal on the center shaft i starting to leak a little now, and I want to replace the seal. Looking on the parts diagram, I don't see the cap being a single part? Is this the case? Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I'm hoping I don't have to buy the whole shaft assembly, just because the outer seal is dry from age. Thanks in advance.

You rock Boscoe99!! I was on the 150TLRW diagram, but I manually entered the number you provided and then went to the diagram. It's the same thing, but with that part noted additionally. I even called a boat shop and we couldn't find anything other than having to buy that whole shaft and assembly. Thanks again.
