2001 Yamaha four stroke 60hp rough idle

I have a 2001 Yamaha 60 hp four stroke that is idling quite rough. Seems to run smooth enough at speed but when I'm at idle it is rough and stalls once I engage it into forward. Had the carbs cleaned out a year ago and has new plugs. Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it? Thank you.

Yes it did. Can carbs plug up in one year??

carb can plug up as soon as you put trash into the carb from bad gas , junk hiding in lines/pump, or let the fuel evaperate out and turn to goop
