Yamaha 2001 15hp 4-stroke

Howdy y'all, I have a 2001 Yamaha 15hp 4-stroke leaking from the bottom plate of the carburetor, I have replaced the O-rings under the plate, but still continues to leak. I can't seem to get it to stop, any advice?
