I just got a Yamaha 115 txry that sat up for 3 years not running due to ethinol issues. I got it home cleaned the fuel tank and put a new primer bulb on it. I put fresh non ethinol fuel in a 2 gallon tank and the boat ran rough but it ran. I tried to get a fuel pressure reading but got nothing. I pulled vst filter and replaced it as well as sent injectors off to get cleaned and tested. The fuel pump was looking rough so I cleaned it as well. Now motor turns over with still no fuel pressure on the rail. The fuel pump does cut on every once in a while when the key is turned on but not always. I'm trying to figure out if the pump is bad or if the fuel regulator is not allowing pressure to be built up? Any help would be appreciated
