Took the boat for the first time in 2 years. Wasn't winterized well. Got it to the dock and it started fine, no issues at all. Idled at the dock for a few minutes and then putted out on to the lake. Gradually increased speed and the engine started to putter and then died. Now it won't start at all. I have replaced the spark plugs, the moisture separtor filter, verified no water in the fuel, fuel looks good. Occasionally it sounds like it was going to start but it just dies right away. The fuel priming pump appears to be working fine. Fuel is getting to the onboard fuel filter as well. Any ideas for a guy who know nothing about engines other than what he reads and watches on the internet? Or should i just break down and send it to the dealer?
