Yamaha 3 Cylinder 30HP serial number help

I recently acquired a new project but have not been able to definitively determine the model year. I have talked with Yamaha by phone, I have looked through the serial number/model list available online, etc. Aparently this may be an international model. Can anyone point me in the right direction? If serial number does not provide what I need are there any other backfire ways to figure out the model year? Thanks in advance.

posting the info from the stickers/plate might get some help
