Yamaha 115 idle issue

I have twin Yamaha 115's the starboard side idles and runs fine at low RPM but when I am on plane the RPM's are fluctuating up and down but only on the starboard side. Any thoughts and opinions are welcome. Thanks

what Yamaha115 are you talking about?
there are many 115s

I had to replace both my high pressure fuel pump grommets and that cleared up my issue

2000 yamaha 115 vst outboard. Other than that??? She is kept in a boat yard and I didn't get by to get any other info

What are you calling a VST outboard?
Vapor Separator Tanks can be on 2 stroke and 4 stroke motors, but does say it is a fuel injected motor
