when you say trim down, are you saying you trim the motor with the Tilt and trim switches?

Yes when ever I'm cruising at a rpm above a 1000 and trim down I lose about 200 rpm it I ly does in when I trim down battery is new ,batt cables new came with motor, the white sub cable is new.being that I have twins swap harnesses still did it,swap boxes still did it and swap ECU and still did it.check all ground wires they are tight and clean brand new motor do you think it can be a relay drawing to much current.even tried another trim motor still did I'm at a lost any ideas

does it only happen while the T&T motor is running?
when you release the trim down, the motor picks up RPM again?
Your explanation is not the best.

You say you have 2 new motors on the boat, but just one is doing this?

Monitoring voltages and fuel pressures while problems show up should point you in a direction, if they are affecting the motors performance

Yes it only happens when I hit that pt&t button down I no its not fuel pressure it stays at 35 psi at idle and 38 psi at 3000 rpm only happens when I trim it down don't have to hold the button can be a quick tap it's like a ground issue but eliminated everything but trim relay and engine harness motor is under warranty but the people at the shop are idiots don't no **** motor is brand new can a defective trim relay cause the Motor to maybe draw more current than it should it is definitely a voltage problem I hit the button down drops 200 rpm and when released picks back up to the normal rpm thanks for your help

need to see if voltage to high pressure pump is dropping and causing low pressure to the rail when this drop in RPM happens.\

I do not know what kind of ignition system this Suzuki has.
If it depends on the 12 volts system and it drops due to load of the T&T running against the forward trust of the prop, I would think you could measure that drop where to 12 v input to the ignition system is.

Just remembered you said when you hit the down button not the up, so I do not see any reason for excess load while trimming down in gear.
I do not see how a T&T relay would cause it
hate to say it but let the shop find it
