I had the seals go out in my trim/tilt unit on my 2002 Suzuki DF70, I had the hydraulic unit rebuilt and the guy hooked up his own motor to it to show me that it worked. When I got it to my house I bolted my motor to it, and nothing. The electric motor runs great, and will spin all day, but nothing is happening with the actual cylinder shaft? Am I doing something wrong? Any and all help is much appreciated!! -Jesse

There is a little adapter key that goes between the motor and the pump. I would bet that this Did not get installed.

It mates the two shafts. The electric motor shaft and the pump driven shaft.

I can't find it on the parts blow up but it's there somewhere. A dealer can probably look it up.

If you do not have it , call the people that did the work to see if they ended up with it or have one you can buy
