Purchased the boat in mid july, had 20 hour service done. Question: 60 total hours on motor in Northeast Cape Cod, do I need to change engine oil, gear oil and fuel filters before winter lay up even though they were done during 20 hour breakin service? Using yamaha ring free plus in fuel. Gut tells me yes. I have had many outboards in the past and am thinking of doing the service myself but never owned a 4 stroke. I am confident in changing the engine oil , gear oil and fuel filter but used to fogging the carbs of my 2 strokes. I am ignorant of "fogging" 4 strokes. Any advice appreciated.

No expert but:
You have a very expensive investment in your boat. Why not have the dealer winterize it?
What does the maintenance section of your engine manual say on how to winterize it, if ypu want to do it yourself?
In the absence of all else, stabilize the fuel, change both oils, drain fuel filters and replace in spring. Fogging, spray into each cylinder and hand rotate flywheel.
