F90LA intake torque

I am away from my manuals and need the torque specs for the intake manifold bolts. Two steps, two values. I think its differwnt torques for the two different size cap screws. I know the pattern just cant remember the torque.

If any one sees this in the next hour or two I would appreciate it, it would save me a 35 mile trip back to the shop to grab my manuals.
