I believe it's around a 96-99 yamaha 115 but the trim bracket decal is gone an the circle sticker on block is gone, already confirmed with yamaha they don't cast numbers in the block.
So....
I have some pics of the motor an just pulled the carbs off an found cast numbers on the carbs. Hopefully with these pics it can be determined as I need to order parts.

Yamaha 115 precision blend 2 stroke.

Thanks

Attached it link to photo bucket of the pics, thanks

never buy a motor that someone has removed all of the identifying info,
more than likely it was stolen, and I hate thieves

Lol or because it was a saltwater motor an it's a almost 20 yr old motor but if it was a mercury or Johnson no one could say that unless the castings were grinder down, blame yamaha, an I bought it off a sheriff deputy.
No trolling, no time for that thanks

No they are actually auctioned off through government auctions. My father is deputy, not worried about stolen property on this or anything I buy cause it's all done with notarized paperwork as this was done.

yea but they know what all is there and when the auctions happen, but others do have access if they know where to look and when.
Usually a roll of the dice the way i look at it.
get good deals sometime, but not always what you thought

Not sure how they can put paper work on it is no ID left
