2001 Yamaha SX250TURZ 250.0 hp

bought a used 2001 Yamaha SX250TURZ 250.0 hp
The motor turns on fine, It does not have the oil system hooked up, it was completely removed
But it does have bypass wires..
the oil reservoir, in the engine the only thing that has is a blue/white together with a black one.. the others are just taped up
The Problem with the engine is the buzzer goes off when I put the key on then it cuts off after 45 seconds, and the engine will not go over 3300 rpms
I have checked the Temp sensors and they work fine

Lots of sensors on this engine. It has a build in "flash code" diagnostic system that you can access. A manual for this engine is a must if you are not familiar.
