a complete model # is always the best way to let people know what motor you are speaking of.
have you looked at the motor to see what it has on it yet?
if there is a manual lever to pull for a choke it will have an electric choke also.
if no manual lever the it will not have an electric choke.
Probably a prime start enrichment system instead
