1991 yamaha 70hp. Oil lines?

Could someone tell me if the lines(# 9,11,12 13) in the breakdown for the crankcase for this motor are oil lines, or for case pressure. Newly rebuilt motor and oil does not appear to be pumping though these. It is pumping into the lines on the intake manifold. I did bleed the oil pump. Premixed my fuel and ran it with the oil pump all the way on well the motor idled.

they should be crankcase re circulation lines.
they take the pooling fuel/oil from crankcase and take it to a place to be burned.
should have check valves to help move it along in only one direction.
if valves do not check then it will not work properly
