I'm having a similar issue with my 2010 SUZUKI 115 HP 4 stroke. Due to several bad health issues, the boat sat, unused, with 15 gallons of 10% ethanol gas in it. I am disabled due to a severe mental disorder, so, when a neighbor told me he thought the fuel smelled like it was still good,I changed the fuel water separator filter, added a can of SEAFOAM. It idled fine but when throttle was added, to get up on plane, power would fall off, pick up, and fall off. Changing plugs next.

Changing the plugs won't help, the problem is elsewhere, get all the old fuel out of it, replace all the filters, then you may need to have the injectors cleaned.

Welcome Charley, How long did the boat sit,?
Good for you for having a fuel water separator, change all on motor fuel filters, IDK if you have fuel injectors or carbs, regardless you need to clean it. Fuel injectors have a fuel filter on the end of them. It seems like it's never the plugs on these symptoms.
Take good care of yourself, and handle your severe mental disorder.
