Looking to buy a 2002 smoker craft with a 20hp Suzuki. Motor was sitting for 2 years the owner said. When we tried to start it it would run with a shot of starting fluid but it won't stay running also the primer bulb won't get hard. Really like to know if this is a easy fix before I spend 2000.00$ on it. Really like boat and he has lots of extras. Please help
