Need power head for 2004 Suzuki 140 4 stroke

I am needing a power head for a Suzuki 140 hp 4 stroke 2004 model and not having any luck finding one.Engine is same as a 2004 Johnson 140 4 stroke. Any one know of one for sale? Thanks for any help.
