Yamaha 115hp 4 stroke block

So I have a 2009 Yamaha 4 stroke 115hp block that the number 3 piston ring went bad in and we just bought a whole new block to just drop in and go... I am looking to sell the old block is has 198 hrs on It and 140 are idle hours... it looks like it will just need a new piston and ring job.. how much do talk think I can get for this thing for someone looking to rebuild it ?and where can I sell it at? the way I look at it is , if it was fixable you would have fixed it.
If you did not see it as fixable, I sure would not want to buy something you could or would not try to fix and if I did then find out I wasted my money.
You could fix it and then sell it and guarantee it for some period of time
