2006 suzuki 200hp 4 stroke tilt

Boat is New to me, I could not get engine down with out physical push. Will come up.
Close to the 10th trip of season.
Boat has been professionally maintained from day one..
Service shop closed for weekend..

I do not live on here just drop by from time to time.

Is the T&T relay picking up when you push the down button?
is the T&T motor running in the down position?
Have you tried other switches if this rig has them?
If you can hear it click , have you tested to see if voltage it getting to the T&T motor leads?
