Our 2000 Yamaha 150 OB recently developed an issue when running in wavy sea conditions. If the motor is running at moderate speed or more and we run into wavy conditions (such as heavy boat traffic or windy conditions), the motor will feel like it throttles back temporarily (a second or two) then comes back to regular rpms. It doesn't cut out, just feels like it throttles back momentarily. Does not happen in calm conditions or if going slowly. Any advise/thoughts would be appreciated!
