4.3 gl volvo penta no spark

I have a 2001 4.3 gl Volvo penta. A few weeks ago I parked the boat after a day on the water. Came back 2 weeks later and the boat would not start, turns over fine and is getting fuel. I found that the purple wire to the coil is getting 12 v when key is on, but when I turn the key to start it the volts drops to 10.5v. Can't figure out why the volts are dropping. I tried another coil, same thing. It has a new ignition modual, plugs, wires, rotor and cap. Can someone please help, going crazy!!!

Have your battery load tested, if checks out ok then start checking for bad.corroded connection.

Battery voltage will drop when starting. Have you checked/bypassed your kill switch?
