Is there an isle mixture scrw on a Vovlo Penta 3.o Liter engine car> The year is 2004. Thought I read somewhere they are capped becaus eof Ultra low emissions.
You might have to find the carb numbers to get a definitive answer. They are stamped on the air horn. Otherwise it's pretty difficult to guess what carb we're talking about here. There's also more than one version of the 3.0 built around that time frame.
