Volvo DP-D1 shaft seals

Drained my lower unit and looks like a little water may be mixing with the gear lube. It wasn't extremely milky, but I could see a little water. I removed the lower unit and all my bellows are in good shape. What's it take to replace the shaft seals? Has anyone documented this (maybe pics or video) process?

Re: Volvo DP-D1 shaft seals

Get a Factory manual.
The entire drive should have undergone a pressure/vacuum leak down test before you removed the lower unit.
Replacing the prop shaft seals is fairly straight forward. You'll want to fabricate tools for pressing the new seals in. Polish the shaft surfaces.
You'll need a new pivot tube seal, four new OEM O-rings, four OEM shaft seals.
FYI: the most likely candidate for water intrusion may be the eccentric piston seal.
When back together, be sure to perform a pressure/vacuum leak-down test.
