I have a 1983 Bayliner with a 2.4 Volvo Penta with a heat exchanger. The cap for the reservoir broke off where can I order parts for this or I would be willing to trade for a bypass kit i only use in fresh water so don't need exchanger.
If you are talking about bypassing the heat exchanger to make it a raw water cooled engine then that is a bad idea since you have a steel block aluminum head.
