Volvo aq145a with a 280 out drive , Throttle electrical help

Having a problem with my leg jumping in to gear on free rev , I pull the center pin/button but still jumps into gear . At home no problem in the barrel. There is also 2 wires coming from the back of the control unit which come out of the switches at the back, where are they supposed to go? , can't find a diagram anywhere. Thank you in advance for any help.
