Help! Need to Change Oil in 4.3L Volvo Penta - 1992 Wellcraft Excel

Well, the time has come to change the oil in my 1992 Wellcraft Excel 20SX. It'll be my first time. I run a Volvo Penta 430B (4.3L) engine. Does anyone have a guide or can provide step-by-step directions on how to change the oil for my particular boat/engine?

1. Warm engine and the oil. Shut off the engine
2. Hook up oil change pump of choice to dipstick.
3. Suck old oil out of engine.
4 Add new oil of choice (read locked threads HERE) to engine.
5 Change oil filter.
6 Run engine and check for leaks.
7 Recheck engine oil level and top off if necessary.
8 Clean up the mess. There is always a mess to clean up. Hazards of working inside a boat.

My last oil change was just before last season started. I only put about 20 hours on her since. Do I definitely need an oil change or would it be a waste of money/time to do it again? I live in an area which has pretty moderate temperatures with no snow. Had about five 30 degree nights through the winter...if that matters.
