I am having trouble at about 3,000 RPM the boat cut outs and sputters. Last year I replaced the High Pressure side of the fuel pump and it ran fine till the end of summer, now I am concerned about the low side. I cannot locate the specs on the pressures for the low and high sides of the pump. Looking for this information before I put the gauges on it and start checking things out PN 3861355 and 3860210. Any other suggestions if the pump pressures check out ?

I just checked the Pressures and the HP was running right at 28 and the PL was 6 or 7, going from memory I believe that is correct. Also note that the boat seem to ran perfectly fine.

What is the full model number of your engine, or the serial number. I don't even see a 5.0Gi being used in 2002.

Now you see why year of the boat means nothing. You have an EF model engine. Volvo year 2000.

8 psi ?4 for the LP pump, 29? psi ?2 for the HP pump are the specs.
