So when I turn the key to the on position my op gauge pegs to the right and even when I start and run the engine it never comes down from the 80 psi range (pegged). the low oil pressure audible alarm goes off before I start the engine as it should and goes off as soon as I start the engine on a 2005 stingray 185 lx. I have foudn tow sensors coming from the a nipple on the block. One has a black wire held on by a spade clip and the other is a blue wire help on by a nut. one is op switch and other is sending unit. when I test the gauge I get continuity so I think its the sender. Is that logical? any other ideas to test? Thanks.
