I am changing the driveshaft bellows and would like to replace the water intake hose. My problem is that I don't know how to remove it. It appears to go right through the transom. I don't see or feel a nipple that it is connected to. There is no hose clamp on the transom side and it doesn't appear to have any type of fitting at the transom. I can't imagine that it is just connected to a nipple with no clamp.

I do not know which transom shield I have and none of the schematics online match up with my intake hose, any help would be greatly appreciated.

(I am new to forums and apologize if I am posting this incorrectly.)

You may have to remove the hose connection inside the boat, and push the hose from the outside of the boat to the inside to remove it.

You are correct, thank you very much. And thanks for all of your other posts that have saved me in the past. Now I just need the time to change it.
