HELP volvo penta part

HELP NEEDED URGENTLY PLEASE !

Hi i am looking for a part for my volvo penta out drive im sure its a 100 drive
Its the top housing bit where the tilt/trim and sreering connect image below

It got cought on a mooring chain with one of my friends and it ripped the two bolts out and some engineers tryed to fix it but messed it up so i do need a repacment one , Looking for ideas where to get one.
