i need help i have a proline 251 i/o i am replacing my steering cable an helm sinnce i am replacing it all i cut the cable just to get it out of the way it is frozen in the steering tube i have no room to beat it out so i was wondering if there is a way to remove the tube an not the whole steering cylinder. i can get to the top pivot bolt on the cylinder but not the bottom. any help would be very appreciated.
