Please help. My boat has suddenly began to surge at 2400 rpm and above. I have replaced the fuel filter, pressure tested both fuel pumps, cleaned the distributor and tested the fuel regulator. It powers up, jumps up on plane and runs perfect up until about 2400 rpms, then begins to surge. It happens on the water and on the trailer. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.
